YOUR ORDER

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped out. 

When can I expect my order?

We pride ourselves on shipping your order within 2-4 business days for non-custom items. If you purchased a custom item it will take up to 2-3 weeks for production. Expediting shipping does not expedite the production or fulfillment process, it only expedites the shipping time.

Can I make a change to my order?

To make a change to your order, please contact the store which you placed an order from to indicate what changes you would like to make. After the call, we will work with you to fulfill your order with the changes you requested.  We are unable to guarantee changes made to a custom order item.  These items are purchased from our source when you place your order, specifically for your order.

What type of payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. 

Why do I have to pay sales tax?

Residents from: Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio will be charged sales tax.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer gift cards in our stores that can be used at all store locations! However, we do not accept Gameday Spirit gift cards at ANY of the University of Illinois, Ohio University, or Northwestern University varsity athletic events or specialty events.

How can I report an error on your site?
